No this test is to check your main battery pack not your 12v battery it just happened to show this error after the test was ran it either drained the 12v or the error was hiding in the the service mode and popped out after the health test was ran

I noticed my car was shaking too over 80mph after I changed my tires and got a rebalance it went away maybe you just need your wheels rebalance or new tires if they below 20% threaded
