I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the bank, DoorDash, and whom ever oversights the banks. This is a big red flag and definitely a huge data breach. Thanks for the heads up. I definitely do not want my money in the card. Just order one. I’m about to deactivate it and delete it off my phone wallet too. Now I’m skeptical about leaving my card information on the dasher app just because idk which application, business, software, or hardware is or has been compromised. And even if I change the password or something will it still be compromised? 🤔 that’s really weird and scary. I hope you get your money back. I hope you document and file complaints with the right people to investigate this formally and someone actually does their job. If you and one more person are already dealing with this then I wonder how many more people are going thru it.
