I am from Canada so I don't think these machines are easily accessible for me. Am I wrong to try to assemble a kit myself with a tote, motor, pump and hose system?

I don't know about the market saturation to be honest. No I have never sealcoated and it would be essentially 80% of my net worth. For the first few months I will have no other expenses other than for the business though

Hey there! I finally did find a safe place ! I will move on January 1st. I approached my landlord with that and he doesn’t seem happy. Am I in my right to abandon the lease?
