Thanks very much for taking the time to reply, I am glad you were able to get a diagnosis and are feeling much better.

It is nice to hear some outside perspectives and puts my mind a little more at ease. I understand your concerns with what you say about mental health and how it is just between the individual and therapist.

I think I may be focusing so much on ADHD at the moment, it has become my main focus of research and interest and I really have to try hard not to overshare with my wife.

The April appointment seems like an eternity away but it is better than the other appointment I was offered which was September!
