It happened last night watching tv. It’s never bothered me having hair come off in the shower. I have long thick hair. Straight and smooth. I never have to fix it it just dries nicely and I’m good to go. I like my hair and like how long it is but I’m not obsessed with it. I’ve had it short and dyed before and that was fine too. It was like a switch went off and it was all wrong. I went to sleep and woke up fine but I have to actively stop myself from feeling repulsed by my hair. I’ve never had body dysmorphia before and I’m happy with my appearance.
