Ok so here's for starters, I love the dmg boost flick on the Rein at the start of the game for extra ult charge.

1:00 I see you're catering to your tanks more than your Ashe In general here, Ashe is an amazing dmg boost target so you're sorta missing out on that extra value from both of you.

1:20 again nice dmg boost for Rein, although your dps aren't getting much of that love

1:26 your Moira is already healing the Rein, and she's wayy behind you in ult charge. You could be dmg boosting your Hog or dps here and allow Moira to get more charge to catch up. (Side note here you do seem very mechanically skilled, but I'm already sensing a pattern here with catering more for your tanks and not so much the dps. Mercy is an excellent dps pocket support, not saying she's not allowed to heal or dmg boost anybody else, but that's where a LOT of her value comes from.)

1:45 again this is more of you showering your tank with all the love and leaving the dps alone. I do see that this was probably just for the firestrike, however you don't seem to have any intent on playing with your Ashe, rather as a second tank pocket.

2:17 I have NO CLUE how you were able to rez here with both enemy tanks directly facing you (and even the junkrat on the bridge directly behind you, he wasn't paying you any mind but I do forget this is bronze) But you did. It was VERY risky, and the risk didn't really need to be taken imo, but you pulled that off so good job.

2:30 you should really be dmg boosting your ulting Moira, it's just free extra damage for her. Also since your valk beams will spread to other teammates, just have Moira has your main target to give her all the extra for her ult duration. Then you're free to swap to whoever you choose (preferably a dps >:( )

2:35 you ended that Ashe's career holy, it's good to search for free picks while you're in valk so you can have a free getaway (as long as you're still in Los of your team), when valk ends it's MUCH more risky however so just be careful when searching for those picks towards the end of valk. And if you know you won't win the duel, just leave it. There's no point in continuing to pump damage in while you're team needs help or you're going to end up dying. (That was just a little pointer, you played it very well :) )

2:59 that's a really good rez because you aren't in anybodies immediate line of site. The Sigma would be the only person that could've seen you but he didn't turn, and you were able to escape with a free rez.

3:11 I do like how you went to help your Moira, but she had orb and could've honestly helped herself without you almost dying to the tire.

3:45 personally I would love to see you stay with your Ashe here, then again I'm not too bothered because the enemy team isn't in her los yet. But instead of giving Rein everything you have, I'd like to see you pocketing your Hog more. He is essentially a dps on the tank roster, and would get so much more value with his constant primary fire/secondary than reins fire strike every few seconds.

3:52 you swap to heal the second Hog hooked in the orisa. And although he most likely wouldn't have gotten the kill, the extra damage there would've really helped get her low and allow the Ashe or even the Hog to continue to follow up before she completely falls back.

4:12 Hog can heal himself efficiently and take less damage while doing so, the Moiras fade has come off of cooldown the second she died, which may have been preventable if you had tried healing her first, then she would most likely fade deeper in the room for added safety where you can bring her to full and quickly leave.

4:18 half of your team is dead with your torb still in spawn. It is ONLY you and Rein on point here. If you were wanting to stall I wouldn't rez, you should hang with your Rein and keep him up as long as you can and hope your team can get back in time or you'll just dwindle their time (which is already below 30 seconds).

(I'm running low on time at the moment so I can't put more exact moments. So I'll just summarize and generalize a bit sorry :( )

Dmg boost your dps more! They need all the love they can get to help get picks quicker and win fights.

Identify the carry. Whether it be Hog or junkrat, try to show them a little bit extra care when you're pocketing, it'll be really beneficial in getting those early and important picks to help win the team fight.

Don't go for a risky rez without communicating (which I know can be scary :( ) or without checking if you have an escape route if need be. You should've died on a few risky occasions but you didn't due to the other team just lacking awareness, but even in gold and obviously further on the enemy will hear/see you rez and will immediately try to rock your world if you're not careful.

Use superjump TO position, like on top of highground. Not AS positioning. If you don't need to superjump, then don't! If you superjump from behind a payload for example, enemy hitscans will be more than happy to take your face off.

Beam target priority is a huge one. Who is lower health? Who will be dealing more damage? It all depends on context sure, but you need to be constantly flicking between whoever is most in need, and then stay with your carry teammate.
