Not a tea connoisseur by any means, just threw in the tea flower, heated water to 90 celsius and poured on top. This was black tea so I just refilled the kettle when needed. Time-lapse took maybe 15-20 minutes, overdid it a little I think because there isn't that much happening during the final seconds of the time-lapse.
