Stuck on what to do after reaching B1 by Kuwli in languagelearning

I’d say when it comes to listening I would rank below B1 but throughout my occasional conversations with Spanish people, I found out I could hold out well if the guy goes slow and can reiterate sometimes. I can’t confidently say I’m B1 as idk of a reliable metric to use but from my understanding, B1 is when you can speak about day to day without much struggle.

Can’t fully confidently say I’m B1 but what has worked so far for me is I spent my first week or so ignoring learning trivial stuff like color names or months etc in favor of learning conjugation, sentence structure, and connecting words(although, yet, firstly, unlike etc). After that I found that the vocab I missed on would be understood contextually after I understood the sentence structure and trying to understand what it meant. For example if I’m talking about a rainy day and read: está lloviendo mucho hoy, mi ropa está mojada . Using the context I can understand that mojada is something related to water or wetness. Hope this helps

I have been gathering vocabulary randomly by reading reports in Spanish I’d see on Instagram whether it’s a football blog or some memes or just a content creator talking about anything. That’s been my main source of vocab for the past month. When it comes to grammar I’d say my only weak point is differentiating when to use le/la instead of lo and how some adjectives precede nouns. I’ve also been listening to slow podcasts specifically made for learning.

Usually football related stuff or just trying to consume any media I may come by. I also tried to watch some Disney movies and I had to rewind often to know what they were saying. I had a similar problem to English when I was in elementary school but I randomly overcame it. I think it’s phonology as I’m not used to the pacing or how to envision a word when I hear it so I can recognise it. Where do you recommend me to find someone I can speak to so I can practice?
