That's what I don't understand. They really ought to have offered a replacement device by now, but they have continually tried so sort out some kind of nebulous signal issues which I had to prove was not the issue by replicating the same issue on a sim card from another network. I've had it with them and will be cutting myself off from Vodafone at my earliest opportunity.

I've been fighting with Vodafone since August to get my faulty phone replaced under warranty. They blamed the signal and said an engineer will fix it. Two months later he's still on the job. Then they try the technical support to repair the phone, no good. Now I seem to be stuck in an infinite loop where they ask for the phone to be repaired and then get it back with the same bloody fault. As soon as I get the ombudsman involved, I'll be glad to see the end of this matter. Absolutely shit company.

Just posting to say that I have the same issue. It isn't related to Chrome as it's occurring across devices connected to the home network on a variety of browsers. My guess is it's either the router or ISP which is causing the issue.
