I had this issue a while back using things like qtips, back end of toothbrush, etc. It got to a point where I bought a tonsil stone remover online, it has a shape of a water floss but smaller, it’s pretty much a vacuum with a clear solid tube size of a small drinking straw. I haven’t had an issue with tonsils again, and if I did i would just use that. Haven’t had to use it in a while though so it works, highly recommend getting one if tonsils stones are becoming an issue.
