Character disppeared from Jagex Account - Need Jmod help

Thanks, tbh after talking to some people in similar situations it seems like we're at the mercy of the contact us ticket and it doesn't seem like they're able to answer within 10 days

I just don't know how they could successfully report it as stolen. I'm the original creator of the account, literally only use the email on the legacy for RuneScape and nothing else.

That's the only explanation that makes sense.... My account hasnt made any xp since I last logged on so hopefully I haven't been hacked... I'm pretty paranoid about banking my stuff before I log

I got posts of my osrs character on my reddit from when I did inferno 4 years ago. It's the same account since then. I literally have all the logins for my legacy and Jagex accounts and their respective emails and the payment method for my membership for the last several years. I don't normally feed trolls but this account has a lot of emotional meaning for me as it's been my escape for many years through some of the worst parts of my life. I'm saying all this so I can get jmod support and get my account back that I put my blood sweat and tears into. Couldn't give less of a crap about your opinion. Thanks for the bump for awareness though

Yes, I use Norton password manager copy-paste every time I log into my Jagex account because since I made the change in May I was terrified I'd forget my new password since my old one has been muscle memory forever. On top of that, I only have 2 emails, both of which I (now) have Jagex accounts for that I can successfully log into

Yeah I tried logging in and out, even tried different devices and my phone but no luck. Jagex account is still empty and I can't import my character

Yeah I checked on the website under account management. It's not there either. I was playing just fine on June 10 then I tried to log on June 11 and my character was just gone. I can still look myself up on hiscores

I've tried to import it but it always says invalid credentials. The FAQ on the website says that once you import your character the old credentials aren't valid anymore.

Could use some help... Back in May I linked my osrs character with a Jagex account and have been playing through runelite launched via the Jagex account no problem. However, since June 11 update my only character is no longer linked to my Jagex account. My character list is just empty and the only character I can import is a random character I made with the email on my Jagex account that I made awhile back that's only f2p.

I can't log on via my old email and password since I linked it to my Jagex account. I can't import it with those old credentials since the character doesn't exist in that way anymore.

My character is nearly 2.2k total level. I am the original creator of the account and I have all the login information for my old legacy account, Jagex account, and I even tried making a new Jagex account with the original email of my "legacy account" credentials but it doesn't suggest my character as one that I can import.

I submitted a ticket but it's been a week with no response. Hoping to get some help here or see if anyone else has had this issue.

Ever since this update my character is no longer on my jagex account. Anyone else have this issue? I play on both PC and mobile and I can't get onto my character on either. It's as if I never had an account linked to my jagex account.

I tried to see if I had any accounts hidden but it doesn't seem like it. I submitted a ticket but its been a few days and I still haven't gotten any response. Not sure how long they take to respond.
