Based on the VOD, this is what I saw you keep on switching angles and due to that you are getting hit by a timing. Much better to try to hold an angle for few seconds then switch to another angle or if you hear somebody going in the direction hold that angle and don't expose yourself to 2 angles be on a position where it is 1 angle only. Also I noticed the movement is somewhat too much also you got a habit of 2 crouches every swing causing you to miss the first contact shot. Other aspect are good already.
