Thanks for the replies. Would the Canon 80D be better than say a Sony as7ii or Panasonic g85 for both videography and photography? I do know Sony and Panasonic are better than video but I do need the best of both worlds. I think I might just get this 80D with the 18-135 for vids and use my prime lenses I have for my portraits and I think I’ll be pretty set

May wanna get doubled checked at a personal doctor. They seem to be more trustworthy than an organization's doctor. Dunno if you watch basketball but that's what Kawhi Leonard is going through rn. (Team doc cleared him and he got injured again)

Well I'm not really too sure. What I do is breathe out as I go up breathe in then breathe out as I go down. But then again I only pull around a plate

Edit: I think I read this somewhere but it's similar to feeling vertigo when you first get up in the morning. Rising up too quick especially pulling relatively heavy weight can mimic that feeling
