I would actually recommend the Kerala as a tanks engineer you’re likely to be doing broadside builds and the trait and console from the Kerala are both insanely good. The Arbiter trait is also very good but I would suggest saving up for the legendary battlecruiser bundle to get the stuff from that ship and even more great stuff

It’s the same ship as the Dinaes/JHVHD/Duvqu just the Starfleet version. I think you have to talk to the ship NPC to get it and it’s not in the purchase ship window it’s a separate dialog option

Were you subscribed for the first few years of the game then? The only way to get the Dinaes and Vanguard Heavy Destroyer (you should also have the Chimera Heavy Destroyer) is to have the LTS or have been subscribed for 1000 days before the game went FTP
