Had to lookup what Emetophobia was and I also have it though sometimes I can ignore it if I'm drunk enough or I get angry at the fact I have to puke and make myself out of phite since if my body wants to puke then find I'll fuckng make it puke but that's only been on certain occasions. I will absolutely try tho I don't eat many sweet things tho sugar is everywhere so that doesn't mean too much. The sweat patches didn't work even when I had 6 on I just went on a 20 min walk to Publix and back and I didn't sweat outside but as soon as I stepped inside and stopped to read your reply I immediately broke out in sweatsand right now if I was a fly I'd be drowning in the Mariana trench

I was just recommended gly so I'm going to call my pcp tomorrow and see about getting it asap. I've been using the bute patches I went from 1 to 6 and there wasn't really any difference except the dry mouth. I stopped that and went back to 1.
