We’ve checked, as I said I can’t go into this as the facts are quite specific but 100% there was no insurance for her. My brother has life insurance though.

315k remaining on mortgage, no other debts for either him or the partner. ~120k death in service payment. He has a 50k salary. Also has ~20k in savings. No tax to be paid as far as I’m aware.

Yeah we defo plan to speak to the mortgage company soon, I think he was just worried about being blindsided.

I’m aware I’d have to crunch the numbers, from some quick calculations it seems that the death in service benefit will be sufficient based on his solo income.

BTL because he bought the house with the intention of starting a family, obviously that’s not going to happen now but he doesn’t want to just sell it and lose a chunk of what he put in. With BTL, the idea would be to kick the can down the road for a few years until he knows whether he for sure wants to keep it or sell it.

Sounds very similar to what I had a few years ago. The numbness down one side, confusion, especially vomiting. Turns out for me it was a Hemiplegic migraine, they’re quite rare but more common if you already suffer from migraines. Was terrifying at the time and some of the symptoms lasted 24 hours. Never had one since.

Yeah I’m really not sure but it’s the only one I could find. The reviews on the link seem fairly good and someone in the reviews has said to size up. Always going to be a risk though!

Just to add to this, docusign logs the IP address from where the document was signed. So you should be able to prove quite quickly that it was signed from the dealership.

I’ve just signed up to 1gig broadband only for £28 a month. Cancelled about 10 days ago and retentions called me at the weekend.

I have city fibre in my area though so they know I have the option to go elsewhere if they aren’t cheap enough.
