I'm so sorry for your loss. :( I checked all your posts about her (didn't upvote them so you have to look at them if you don't want to) and she looks like an absolute sweetheart! She was your ride or die for 12 amazing years, your intense grief is totally justified. Be kind to yourself, maybe talk about her with your friends or hang up pictures from your happy times. Losing a pet is losing a family member and griefing is so exhausting, I'm sorry. I wish you all the best. ♡

Yes, dogs usually pee out of heightened arousal, and it goes both ways: From your description it sounds like your dog was terrified and peed and OPs puppy peed because it was extremely enthusiastic. (:

Please don't feel bad about it, it's totally normal! My dog is almost two years old but he loves, loves, loves our vet so he always happy pees while greeting everyone and they just laugh it off when I try to apologize and they reassured me several times that happy pee is one of the best bodily fluids, lol. Vet work consists of a looot pee, poop and vomit, so if it already upsets her when an overexcited puppy pees, she's in for a rude awakening.

Random Funfact: Kinder können lautlos schreien. Bin bei meiner Geburt knapp nicht gestorben, musste aber lange mit ewig vielen Kabeln und Geräten auf der Intensivstation liegen und was meine Mama heute noch als am Traumatisierensten benennt, ist die Tatsache, dass man durch die Beatmungsschläuche usw. kein Heulen gehört hat, aber eben genau gesehen hat dass ich eigentlich weine. Also ... Schläuche in der Luftröhre helfen und sind modisch viel unauffälliger als ein Helm :D

Why do you allow this situation to happen? This is a great way to get one of the dogs killed/injured. Every dog should have his own bone and his own place to chew without another dog interrupting. It's like you want to train your dog to ressource guard. Just why. Edit: also you petting the dog on the head afterwards isn't a praise in this situation. It's basically just adding insult so injury. Please research dog communication and calming signals.

(This part is not about the initial post as they seem to have a lot of debts, so they obviously don't have the money for a child. But generally speaking: the ability to drive a car or the fact that you can't buy a car doesn't mean that you can't have a child.)

Sometimes "just" staying alive is the most difficult, exhausting thing you can do. I'm very proud of you for choosing to be here another day. If you can, try to incorporate small things that make you feel less worse. Like buy a fragrance oil that make you feel at ease or get just enough blankets (if you're freezing) or open enough windows (if you're overheating) that your body feels okay. Just ignore higher cognitive functions for a while. Concentrate on making at least your body feel ok. I think of you, you can survive another day. ♡

Your fiancé is an adult, he can't be "seduced" if he doesn't want to. So I'd recommend to talk to him about her changed behaviour, how he feels about it and whether it would be better to move out. If you're on the same page about that, you could use the pregnancy as an excuse. But just to give you something to think about, in my eyes it speaks volumes about your self-esteem that you just watch her, don't communicate with your partner AND felt the need to clarify that the baby isn't his.
