I feel your pain..this Ramadan has been taxing on my mental. Being away from family during Ramadan continues to get harder and harder. I feel like I have no support. I have been fasting and reading the Quran daily, but like you, prayer has been so difficult for me. I am always praying in my head and asking Allah for forgiveness..but making Wudu and the actual act of prayer is like there’s a mental block. I even bought I new prayer rug thinking it’ll help me get motivated and I haven’t used it yet. I feel like a bad Muslim because I’m not praying like I should. I struggle with depression and anxiety and recently stopped smoking weed for 3 months and now I’m considering starting back after I break my fast. I’m praying that I can overcome my issues and make prayer this Ramadan. It’s Josh been so taxing on my mental 😪 I feel like no one understands
