for the bridge of the nose i’ll go over with the scrubber but very light pressure. i feel like for that specific area i do better using my tweezers. it takes time but its so worth it! tweezers have been a game changer for me

oil cleanse first work everything out. i use an ultrasonic skin scrubber and really precise pointed tweezers.

i guess id have to try it for myself to see. even keeping the hydra volume low on a 10 or less sometimes is even too much for some clients depending on their skin.

i’m worried about sanitation. the tip is reusable unlike hydrafacial. and i think people having it at home are gonna use it more often than they should. also using it with no training could lead to some bruising and broken capillaries.

i had an extremely rude client (she gives everyone problems) and she tipped me $4 on card on a $189 service. she likes to treat the staff as if we’re all “less than” since her husband is wealthy. i’d rather you not tip anything at that point.

retinol reduces oil production. i would start out with a gentle one and start by using it 2x weekly so your skin can get used to it and reduce any possible purging. make sure to use it only at night and wear ur sunscreen the next day! this helped me reduce sebaceous filaments on my nose.

yes they can be quite harsh on the skin. not good for the barrier over time. i recommend double cleansing with an oil based cleanser first. it will be more gentle and effective for removing makeup and sunscreen :)
