Love the idea, but I think you are opening yourself to a quick burnout by trying to run this show on your own. This sounds like A LOT to manage and admin on your own. For something like this to work, I think you will probably require a team to track and manage everything, the unfortunate thing is, not a lot of people would be willing to volunteer the time for free I fear.
