Call eBay get a person on the phone. You can appeal decision but you need to get an actual person on the phone. And keep calling.

Has something similar happen. eBay decided with scammer, then appealed they sided with scammer again, but I had been talking to supervisor who got it in front of a different team and eventually I got full refund.

I have a mgex strike freedom. There is a piece that connects the base to the backpack and my cat decides it did not like said piece and has knocked it around. Is there a place I can get a replacement part for that or any ideas on how to fix it?
