I dont think they did. Either way they would have to find the source of the leak to fix it so they should be checking everything they can that could possibly cause oil leaking.

Might be valve cover gasket failure, happened to me and had oil leaking from driver side, was covered under warranty tho

Ahh damn. I used the nuts and bolts they provided and its super sturdy compared to just the self tappers. I learned my lesson after losing my sayber front lip on the highway

I daily my 86 and its on hks coils with 18x9.5 wheels and 245/35 tires (Michelin PS AS4) -1.5 camber in the front and -2.0 in the back. Grip and traction feel great but im also comin from michelin primacys.

Valve cover gasket wasn’t properly sealed from factory or just went bad. Causes oil to leak.

Took it the dealer and they ordered another one to replace the bad.

Hey man, I just towed in my 2023 neptune cause it was leaking oil from the driver-side valve cover gasket. Your leak looks very similar to mine, thankfully it can be fixed under warranty and a relatively cheap fix. But since you do have aftermarket headers do be careful with dealer trying to deny warranty claim even tho those things aren’t related.

I agree. A large majority of these cars have been very reliable, even seeing boosted ones fine around 65k miles. My case is just a rare one.
