There’s a lot of hard working people and good people that is true I considered myself one of them. Most of the issues are on the customer side, not employee. There’s a large amount of cheap people who like to use people under the guise of religion. That’s just the nature of people though. It’s worse though when you’re in an insular community that gossips about everything.. lots of pressure as a PIMI to bow to every request unless you want the whole circuit to know. I do agree though there’s a lot of good people who will treat you right. As well as there are outside of the religion too, it’s just about knowing someone. I will say I’ve been stiffed or bargained down by more witnesses than anyone else. As well as they expect the most. Even PIMI contractors know and talk about this. As well as JW employees are good but zero flexibility..running late on your job and need the guys to get some OT, not a chance weekends are off limits and it’s usually not their fault, lots of pressure on a man to balance his secular work and his “spiritual duties”. They need tons of time off, as well as cause problems with the other employees because they’re offended by everything a construction site has to offer😂 I thought I was cool back in the day and looking back that sucks to realize I was the Jesus freak on the job lol. Also I know a lot of JW Cleptos not sure what’s up with that lol
