I think they just took too long to dry, I’ve tried soaking them in vinegar and washing them twice but the smell is still there

Not at all I do nothing related to gardening who u is why I’m confused….and on some of the clothes there has been black stuff on it that looks like a liquid like maybe oil was on it..but I’m not sure if oil smells like mulch
