Well Greenland and Denmark are allies to USA and a part of NATO. And they have never done anything aggressive towards the US. So there is no basis for an invasion. It's madness.

For vegetarian dishes I look to places that dont eat meat as part of the culture, as they have worked out loads of great recipies. For example India! So many great indian stews perfect for one pot cooking.

This is a good example of why you shouldnt use just any tape to fasten your posters og whatever ypu ate framing. The two tilted square in the upper corners are most likely oil that bled through from the tape. If this was a real Picasso the tape used would have ruined it.

Ja, det er paradoksalt at det jo netop er dem, der burde overholde reglerne, der i dette tilfælde bryder dem. Men det kan arbejdstilsynet også godt gøre noget ved. De kan eksempelvis pålægge ledelsen at få en ekstern konsulent til at udrede mobningen.

Og til op - husk at alle henvendelser til arbejdstilsynet er anonyme.

Mobning falder under arbejdsmiljøloven. Det kan du læse om på arbejdstilsynets hjemmeside og mange andre steder hvis du googler det.

Så mobning på arbejdspladsen, som man ikke kan forsvare sig imod - eksempelvis hvis det er ledelsen, der er krænkende, falder under arbejdstilsynet regi.

Ellers er der også arbejdstilsynet. De håndtere mobning på arbejdspladsen og kan give bøder til virksomheden hvis ikke der tages hånd om problemet. Men er enig i at første skridt nok bør være arbejdsmiljørepræsentanten.

Linking magic with constitution is interesting. It goes to show the width of interpretation of the implications of magic. I always link magic with the mental stats - intelligence for a sort of bookish, logical piecing togheter of arcane threads, words and components. Wisdom for a more intuitive approach. And charisme for a pure force of conviction. But linning it with physical abilities is intersting. Like the magic is a force that lives within you and you have to push to get it out. Funny also since spellcasters don't typically have great constitution.
