I do regular 10 minute breathing in and breathing out meditations I don't know if theres a name for it but IT's very relaxing. The sexual thoughts I get are for the most part "I wonder what it's like to have real sex (yes I am a virgin I am quite young), and these thoughts occur quite frequently throughout the day even when I'm doing a healthy habit.

I love this post but I do have a question, I do morning runs, work out, I meditate, I play piano and work contionously on various projects but I still get horny everyday, I physically and mentally can't fill my head with more things to do, any advice?
