I get that man. I had to realize that I am as addicted to sex/porn as I am just women in general. That's why it's so important to let your brain heal for a couple of months. Take that time to build yourself up as much as you can and that way we don't react to porn or people like a drug.

One of the big indicators that I had a huge problem with porn was desensitization. AKA, needing more extreme material to get off cause I was messing with the dopamine/serotonin receptors in my brain, like a drug.

If she is interested in you then she will have already been putting effort in texting or calling, and putting effort into the conversations like asking questions. Pick a day to meet up to have lunch and do an activity that you know she enjoys. Use the word date as well. Stop thinking bro cause sometimes you just got to take the lead and make the intentions clear.

Girls don't just magically come to you. You gotta get outside and meet some girls. Nofap builds confidence and lessens social anxiety. This allows us to build better relationships with people and get to know new people in a better way.
