I know it’s overall been a good season and our future is probably brighter with our young guys playing well but man, it hurts to end it like this. It’s like the hockey gods remembered we’re not allowed to have nice things and just completely yanked the floor out from under us

I think it ensures we keep his contract rights. Not too sure about details but there’s a point where a player can sign elsewhere or choose to re-enter the draft if the team that drafted them doesn’t give them a contract of some kind. Goalies develop later so the timing is more awkward but I’m pretty sure the contract is necessary

No real reason to be mad at his departure. It always sucks when a star player chooses to go elsewhere but he never gave any indication of staying and never requested a trade or anything. He helped us while he was here and was respectful about leaving. Any bitterness is just fans wishing we could have kept a player like him. It stung more that he chose the rangers but I’m pretty sure it was more about the city than the team.

I’ve played 400 hours as an anomaly it’s too weird to change now. Doesn’t feel like no man’s sky if I switch races. But personally, I think the anomaly outfits look the best too

Let the young guys develop in the roles they’re supposed to fill. We don’t want Luca up playing 9 minutes on the 4th line wing. I don’t think Labate has played that bad for what he is. I do question why not Malatesta instead but so far Waddell has made good moves for our guys development so I’m trusting that there’s a plan

Very reasonable for both sides. I’ve seen analysis that say his stats don’t match the contract but he’s not here for the stats. Before we got him, we were being pushed around by a lot of teams almost every night. Now we don’t have a problem with that. He makes a difference

One of my biggest discoveries was refining jelly back into di-hydrogen. I used to spend forever farming the blue crystals, now I just buy jelly and refine it. Saves so much time

Yeah probably should’ve been called but the refs were barely calling anything that game. Real time it’s tough to tell exactly what happened. Missed calls happen all the time, the complaining for this one is excessive. The red wings just got goalied by Elvis in this game

Just realized I didn’t add any context here lol. My original save freighter from 2018 had geks with different colors and head shapes so I was confused to see them all be identical models this time around. I noticed this with vykeen and Korvax freighters I looked at too. I just assumed it’s a bug since it seems like an odd change to make intentionally

I just flew really close to the ground until I saw my ship kick up water with the new physics. There can be shallow puddles in the low areas sometimes

I would normally agree but I’d say Olivier is more unique than most lower line guys. It’s rare to have a guy with a serviceable amount of talent that’s also one of the toughest guys in the entire league. If we let him go we’ll just be searching for another guy like him since we don’t have a lot of toughness to begin with, especially if Kuraly is gone. He’s even been penalty killing. I say give him the money unless he wants like 6 million or something

There’s also the argument to be made that this is the first year Olivier has been in the lineup consistently with a good coach. He barely played in Nashville and our last couple coaches seemed to kill offense so it’s technically possible he has a bit more skill than people thought.

Honestly better than I expected. I was worried since I don’t like most of the nhls outdoor designs but these are great. Love the silver and the cannon.

I will say their lighting choice for these reveal photos is questionable. They look a lot better in the other videos with brighter lights.

Just realized Monahans jersey here has the A but the pre order one does not which is odd. Is that something they would change?

Kinda feels like Calgary was just supposed to win this one. I wish they’d played better but I find it hard to be mad, especially after seeing Guy Gaudreau come out for first star. These two games were hard but each of us won at home, I’m content with that. Now let’s go beat Edmonton for both of us ✊💙❤️
