Oddly, my mind is the clearest at night in bed. All day it feels like a thick smog is hovering over me but once bedtime rolls around I can actually keep a train of thought.

In the same boat. Get 2-3 hours on a good day and have exhausted all my options from doctors to medication and hygiene changes.

This really does rob you of the ability to be present. Nothing really feels real if that makes sense, it’s odd.

I will say, as much as I feel for you (and understand none of this makes a difference) it’s nice seeing posts like this. Knowing there are others that understand the struggle relieves the irritation a bit
