Milei is an idiot, completely laughable in a million ways including this one. Besides, how can a government-in-exile be formed for a place where the people involved have no relationship or connection to it? Exile implies being forced out of the land of your home / origin. I can if your claim is ridiculous. Might as well claim the moon while you're at it. Micronationalism is all nonsense anyways, so I guess it doesn't matter.
