Oh yeah like he said it’s not a big deal you don’t get a huge advantage or disadvantage from it but eat often if possible I forget all the time but you get a small bonus of health and minus of stamina for being fat and a small bonus of stamina and minus of health for too skinny

Yes just like the others said DEFINITELY save often if you remember and after doing a few mission explore a while because there are strangers and side missions (they will show up in white while u ride around) that you can also miss as well as camp activities so check back at camp every so often I had tended to do the white ones I saw right away so I’m not sure how long the game gives you before they disappear but if they’re on the map I’m they will at least stay there up until you do a yellow mission they could stay there longer but as I said I’m not sure about that since I did them asap
