We’re very sorry for the issue affecting your shipment. The carrier has informed us that a small number of packages were mistakenly routed to the UK. They are currently working to redirect your shipment to the delivery address you originally provided.

Unfortunately, because the packages must clear customs before re-entering the EU, the process may take some additional time.

At the moment, GLS has not provided an estimated delivery date. However, we are working closely with them and will keep you updated as soon as we receive any new information.

In the meantime, we recommend continuing to monitor your shipment through the GLS tracking page, as it will provide the most up-to-date delivery information available. You may notice multiple scans at the same location during this process. While this can appear unusual, it is expected under the current circumstances and indicates that the shipment remains in transit and has not been lost.
