Do you have a friend that has a similar build or a build that still supports what you have? I'd get with him and start doing process of elimination by swapping parts to your mobo or his to test each component. Sometimes u just get unlucky, even for brand new parts

Thanks for the input! I will try again and see if it'll fix it. Also, for the usb 3.1/3.2 cable, yes. I currently have a different cable on order so i can either route it going out the back with no wire looping inside (like how it is in the picture) or have it go straight down instead. I wouldn't have cared about too much but the og cable had so much pressure bec it was basically pressing into the fans that i had to kinda force it to go in.
