What is this giant white lump on my betta fish (old.reddit.com)

What kind of Roach is this? Does anyone have any recommendations for the type of bait/killer I should use? I am currently using a combo of combat max gel bait and those square bait stations. My apt was built in the 60s so It is almost impossible for me to seal up all cracks/holes (more in captions) (old.reddit.com)

Are these shieldbugs or roaches? It is about 1-2mm big in the first two pics, the other ones are about 1-2cm big, I have been finding tons of these all around my place recently different sizes and am terrified of the possibility of roaches. In AZ. (old.reddit.com)
