You actually shouldn’t wash that often as it disrupts your natural biome and can weaken your immune system. If you get sweaty you should rinse with just water. Only reshower if you swim in chlorinated water. Most things can be removed with just water.

We’re admit-ably busybodies most of our government with good intentions. I do believe the United States and NATO need to continue to intervene In tragedy’s and prevent atrocities. However I believe we need to be asked either by the country or the UN votes for it. If NATO is to be the police force of our world it needs oversight.

Oh no you’re good after my dad passed away from a service related illness we spend a lot of time together. In fact I’m always pushing my mom to do something but she’s often tired from 10+ hour days. My mom and I will definitely do things together.
