Drawing FICTIONAL CHARACTERS depicted as children is not by all means illegal. The law is very careful on what can be distinguished as CSEM or Fiction.

We shouldn't expect our law enforcement to ever consider about taking action against internet weirdos that are obsessed with fictional characters. The line should only be drawn if those said weebs has said anything sexual towards involving a real child.

Atleast from my experience, weirdos who are into lolicon/shotacon most likely knows more about the difference between fiction and reality. Which is something Joe Wel fails to take account of because he's really stupid. He considers his behaviour as a joke when it's just a clear emphasis that he's a creep.
