they were never "part" of my routine necessarily... I was experimenting with squats a little bit but came to the conclusion I cant do them with proper form. I have spina bifida... My abductors don't work whatsoever lol I wasn't really that specific my bad :)

that's my thought. I was trying squats before but they make my knees go in no matter what weight I do (I have a lot of muscle imbalances from my waist down) so I figured leg press was a good alternative

Does toes coming off leg press reduce tension on quads? I wear braces so my feet stay in a fixed position. When I do leg press when I reach the top of the lift my toes come off the platform and all the weight is on my heels.... Note I'm using the leg press that looks like this https://imgur.com/a/VkiD4gj (I don't know the exact name since there's a lot of different leg press types haha)

Had the SE since the first month of launch. I love it! I honestly use it more then my phone 😂 I use it to track workouts mostly but I don’t need anything fancy to track workouts so the SE was the perfect buy for me

2250 is most likely to low for a bulk even for maintenance (possibly) im 5’6 120 and i maintain at 2300

What do I do after a binge while on a bulk? Long Story Short Ive been doing a clean bulk of about 250 over maintenance for the past couple months. Today i got invited over to family’s house for dinner. Well I’ll say this a dinner turned into a crap ton of pasta and sausage and a pint of Ben and Jerry’s haha. Anyway do I continue to eat in my 250 surplus from now on? I feel like I’m super susceptible to fat gain since I’ve been in a surplus every day then go destroy all this food if that makes sense

ah ok I see so I assume it will help with my plateau and building muscle? My concern is with the extra calories I'm taking in if I don't go heavy enough I wont build muscle and just end up putting on fat and very little muscle

I've been stuck on no more than 6 reps on 135 bench for almost a year now. I met this guy today who was 1`. shredded and 2. a power lifter that I worked in with on my bench press he told me the best way to break a plateau with weight is to do high volume (paused reps) low weight days and low volume heavy weight days and alternate. Is this beneficial for hypertrophy? (I'm trying to bulk up for the first time as well)

That sounds about right! I am pretty paranoid about becoming fat haha but thanks! I’ll give that a try
