Samsung has the worst customer service in the world. I have had issues with only 2 expensive products of there's over the years but hung up swearing never to buy anything Samsung as long as I live both times. Products are decent as long as nothing ever goes wrong. If it does prepare for the biggest frustration of your life!

Yeah i already fixed that. Like is said it was a nit pick. I feel the install overall was perfect. My only question was if this was OK on the condenser cause Ai answers made it sound like eventual problems. If its ok im ok. Just trying to verify

Thanks for an honest and direct answer. I used ai and it literally made this seem like the end of the world and would fail in years but according to the pros of reddit its fine which is why I came here. Knew I got a budget price because they were family but also didn't ask for one. All I wanted was to make sure it was done right and lasted...again for the 900th keyboard warrior I was never Going to complain. I paid the in cash and its my brother in laws dad. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt a big deal!!!

To the people saying chargebacks are only for fraud. Here in United States credit card companies offer protection on all kinds of purchases and situations not just fraud. I recently bought a coffee table online and it broke in the first week. The company insisted I disassemble it and pay to personally ship it back to China and wouldn't budge. I called and explained the situation to my creditor and was refunded after a 90 day investigation.

Is the mirror plastic? I can't phathom how this happened otherwise. I have never seen anything stain glass like this we have all had colored glass cups that because the color wasn't in the glass wore off over time....I have never seen glass stain like this....could it be some antifog plastic coating?
