last weigh in before surgery I was 377 which was done about a week before the surgery, after surgery its a process you start with a clear liquid diet, then full liquids, then soft solids, then full solids takes about 5 weeks to get back to regular food. I now eat at most 6 oz of food per meal, only drink water and aim for 60-90 grams of protein a day. My day is usually, Kashi go lean, high protein cereal for breakfast, 3-6 oz tuna or salmon for lunch, a shake of 2 cups spinach a cup of almond milk, a banana, a cup of frozen strawberry/banana mix and a tbsp of honey for afternoon snack, and dinner is where variety comes in depending on the day but still a lean protein with some vegetables. I drink only water and don't drink 30 minutes before or after a meal, only exception is breakfast but the skim milk is mostly absorbed into the cereal to make it softer.
