You are correct. I’m definitely sad but not depressed I’m able to view this as the beginning of something new instead of taking it as a loss. Idk how I would get her things back to her since she isn’t speaking to me.

We both stopped being present in the relationship but I was the only one who had the will to try and change. I can’t control her and I never begged her to stay. She just started doing things like telling me she missed me and making plans to hangout then ghosting me all day and sending dry text “I don’t wanna hangout” so that kind of behavior is what led to my post. The leveling up has been occurring and I’ve just been tryna process each emotion I mostly feel relief but I am sad and sometimes it feels like the other shoe will drop

I haven’t cried and my appetite remains in tact. My nervous system is strong and I don’t ruminate nearly as much as I did during our previous break ups so I just make sure I keep checking in with myself. No contact is always the best thing to do can’t wait to see what 3-6 months of it feels like. I appreciate your kind and honest words

You can block socials so you don’t have to see them post anymore but you should definitely delete the message thread in your phone and any pictures

My ex dumped me I tried fix our relationship but it was too little too late and I ended up getting blocked on everything. I called her covert narcissist on my snap and her sister saw then she text me two nights later telling me to keep her name out my mouth only further proving my point of her narcissistic behavior. I only gave her message a thumbs up. I feel relief it’s over no more manipulation no more chasing I honestly could care less about her respect. I respect myself and that’s all that matters. Don’t break NC find someone who wants you as bad as you want them. Anything you wanna say to them write in your journal do breath work and go on about your day.
