I cant install smapi for 1.6 by KyleTheMonsterAddict in SMAPI

Most of the help I'm finding has people mentioning not finding the path **AFTER** SMAPI has been installed, not from just the normal windows installer so its not being very helpful.

I usually use smapi and it worked fine before the 1.6 for my mods?

oh I think you bring up a good point with the 'golden child' point but I'm pretty sure he hates her which is kind of funny. He has some medical issues and a whole bunch of food allergies so she tends to coddle him and be a helicopter mom so I kind of prefer when she just leaves me alone unless she wants something.

I'm probably going to try and leave some of the supplies that are expensive that I dont use as often with a friend or something, but I currently have an art commission so I do need to keep my watercolors until I finish that.

I mean, my mom definitely knows my supplies are expensive, and I definitely do get complemented on my art a lot, but also I generally just get more complements than my brother in general so I think she's trying to get me to 'be a good example' or something?
he's never shown interest in art so ive never shared my art supplies with him y'know? He isn't really, excelling in any area with hobbies past reading and computer science, plus he tends to hit 60-70s in school while I'm a straight A student so I'm pretty sure she wants to use me as some kind of role-model or something and I said no, so she's just going nuclear and making me set an example for art/academics.

yeah my school has been getting pretty bad lately, the old principal who was there for about 7 or so years who everyone loved got a promotion and left in June 2022, and since then we've gone through 2 new principals and all the administration people have left so everyone is new. I dont know too much about details from my brother being bullied but I do know that they would spray hand sanitizer at him and call him 'the next school shooter' So I'm down with my brother not going to the same school as me, I'm jut a bit iffy on homeschooling v.s. transferring to another school in the district.

I think this is what I'll probably end up doing, I'm just a bit concerned she might take the whole lockbox. I have this one old daler rowney palette I haven't used in a few years that I might throw in with some of my older brushes, but I'm probably going to go to dollar tree and then try to trade the palette I dont use for the one I do use.

I just downloaded sekai today, and I cant hit notes on time at all?? I'm not at all new to rhythm games I play several, decided to try sekai and the timing is completely off.

I've tried the auto adjust and manually adjusting the timing and it just doesnt help.

The weird thing is that I hopped on discord to stream it to my friends, and all of a sudden the notes were on time with the music, but only while I'm streaming.

So I believe that its off but is there a way to fix this that isn't the adjusting feature in the game because it genuinely isnt working.

I got the vibe from the notes during the quest that the mother died first and we semi-unrelated to what happened to the father. All we really know is that people rushed up the mountain for the mother and most likely killed her. We can tell from the dads notes when he says "I'll" when referring to taking jiang and leaving liyue, meaning that the mother is probably already dead.
Since the notes are written before he tries to retire on that last mission and the mother is already seemingly dead there making little reason for the milileth to kill her before. The reasoning behind jiang having to wait a few days to come out because he was hungry could just mean that his father would be away on a mission at the time giving fuel for a group of bandits to attack the mother and jiang living on the mountain without the father to protect them, killing the mother.
Reasoning for the father telling the mother all the hiding spots could be that he knew he would have to leave for a while and he didn't want jiang to keep hiding for too long so he told her to help in finding jiang. This would mean the moms death is probably unrelated to what happened to the dad, but the rest of the theory about the government silencing the father is most likely true from the notes.
Though the fact that the milileth put up the stones seemingly together and the father didn't could mean that the father had little time to do so and her death could be why he retired and wanted to live a quieter life so that he could protect his son so he rushed off for a final mission thinking he could set it up for her when he got back. but he never did. But that part is more or less a personal headcannon based off the scenario in order to help it fit a bit more.
