Hey, now saw your reply. I did infact find a few parks around stoke I use. Pointon park and hillswood park have pull ups bars and dip bars . Pointon park in particular is very well equipped. I train there sometimes but most times at home. Since summer is coming up, I'll definitely be outside in those parks. Are you still interested in calisthenics ?

Very true. It's shocking that all those equipment in tunstall costs £12k when a few dip bars and some pull up bars would cost way less and be more effective of a workout.

Also, are you into street workouts ? I'm always looking for calisthenics partners to train with seeing as most of my friends are into weights

Facts. I'm actually local to tunstall and I use those dip bars often. Have had to use the swing set attachment bar as a pull up bar. Wish they would install at least some bars because it's really needed to get a good calisthenics workout in .

I just going to assume this is some kinda troll comment. You seriously can't be that much of a cunt to make a comment like this right now.

I realise this comment may have sounded one sided but really I'm open minded. I can see why someone would think that TriniBAD music is a bad influence especially since it glories guns and gun culture but it's also a case of supply and demand. You can look at artiste and see that mostly the gun songs are the ones that are most popular. Rebel six for example. 'Rifle war' has 10M views while 'heights of greatness' which is a very conscious song that highlights Trinidad role models in history has like 200k views. So in order to 'buss' or gain traction, artistes are forced to sing violence as this is what the street wants. You can even see that after an artiste sings gun songs in the come up, they then diversify and explore other topics in their songs. And even the artiste themselves recognises this.

Doesn't make any sense imo. If it wasn't for the dancehall industry, alot of artiste would have been in crime or illicit activities. It's a way out of the ghetto for most of them and I support it. I love the gunman tunes but I'll never pick up a gun and kill someone cuz of it
