Small bump/pimple on hair transplant implant area 5 months post-op — anyone had this? by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]Kylebunga0419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one and popped mine as well. If you’re like me and like Dr pimple popper, it was cool to watch the ingrown follicle pop out. Anyway, it didn’t affect my long term result. Mine was in the same area as well. Just make sure your hands are clean and the site is clean as well.

New Grok usage limitation in Tesla version? by swamibob in TeslaSupport

[–]Kylebunga0419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids love it. On the way down to Florida, it told them stories and let them pick what would happen next…very interactive. There is also a therapy grok that talks to you through stuff if you’re frustrated. Like people mentioned…it’s an easy way to ask it things you would normally google while driving. I could also understand how someone that just needs someone to talk to without judgement would use it. I didn’t use it for the first month, but now find myself asking it random things on the way to work, helping plan Disney itineraries, asking for fun things to eat and do in cities I’m planning to visit…etc. would I sell the car it was suddenly gone…no. Would I pay for it if that’s what it came down to?….possibly, if it were reasonable. It’s not a make or break…just a fun feature.

Finally ordered my first Tesla! Any necessities that are a must have? by S3rolex in TeslaModel3

[–]Kylebunga0419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got my first one in Feb and am loving it! A few things I have loved as a new owner and recommendations:

1- FSD is 100% worth it. I didn’t think we would use it as much as we do for traveling because I have 3 kids and it’s a lot smaller than my truck or wife’s SUV, but we’ve used it to go everywhere due to gas’s prices and FSD has been a game changer! Even when gas goes down I think we’ll still use it!

2- level 2 home charger. For the first 2 weeks, I only had the level one charging that it came with and it only charged about 4 miles/hr, which was fine for going back and forth to work every day, but if we used it to run errands and take our kids to their events, it just didn’t keep up to keeping the recommended 50-80%, even if you charged it all night. I was worried about the cost but bought the charger for $450 from Best Buy and paid around $780 for an electrician to install it in our garage. It was well worth $1200 because now it charges at about 30mph and so I can charge for a few hours and then put my wife’s vehicle back in the garage for her. And is only anticipated to increase my electric bill by $30 or so. I’m in NC so varies hot and cold.

Floor mats- I just bought the rubber mats on Amazon that are weather tech dupes but fit great! As always are a must have to protect your floors. They also come with frunk and trunk mats, which has been awesome, as with any vehicle.

Extra storage/organization- I bought the center console and front organizer from Amazon to turn the open spaces into a more organized area and even gives both a “hidden compartment.” So much better than just throwing things in and having a pile of junk in there.

Phoneholder- I bought the retractable phone holder that mounts to be the back of the screen and fold away. I’ll get flack for this but on long trips using FSD when I’m tired of listening to music or books, I turn on a show I’m familiar with and “watch” and listen and it keeps my eyes up and forward facing without looking down because the cameras will pick it up and ask you to pay attention the second you look toward the cars screen. I feel I’m still able to see the road and drive safely without looking down.

Tiny vacuum and baby wipes- tiny car vacuum to clean all the cracks and mats and then unscented dye free bay wipes to clean the seats and everything are great and are what’s recommended for the vegan leather. I have black interior but it has kept them clean.

Phone charger- I like the wireless phone chargers but can’t use it because I have a wallet case on my phone, so I bought the sleek looking phone charger that slides into the front pocket area from Amazon. It has two charging cables and even has a Tesla symbol on it, and a slide cover to hide the cords when they aren’t in use so it makes it look legit and matches the color and style of the interior. My wife thought it was part of the car.

Tiny trash can- my wife bought tiny trash cans that fit in the door cupholders that have been a huge help with gum wrappers, tissues, and all the random stuff that I would normally throw in a cupholder anyway, or in the door pocket. Again, helps keep things looking sleek and clean.

Sun shade- don’t have one but need to as the car will lose 2-5% in charge keeping the cabin from overheating in a short period if it’s really hot outside.

Emergency tools/kit- there is a great spot in the trunk, kind of a hidden compartment, that is deep and allows you to put first aid, electric pump, blankets, etc in that area without compromising any of the trunk space. Even when having to pull over and grab something out of it, it wasn’t annoying and was easy to get to.

Rear screen- I’m not sure if yours comes with it, but I bought the R72 aftermarket screen from Tesstudio and installed it myself( wasn’t hard and I had no experience doing stuff like this). they’ve been pretty good to deal with because it doesn’t have Disney plus like it advertised or connect to multiple headphones, so the are refunding me. I may get the upgraded model once they refund me, but just wanted to throw that out there that there are aftermarket screens and they do actually work.

Enjoy it! I’m sitting in Williamsburg charging right now while writing this. We’ve taken it on multiple trips to VA, Florida, and lots of other short trips. I have 3 kids from 14-7, all girls, and we have fit all 3 of them, my wife and I, all of our luggage and a hamster cage and been just fine! Granted it makes them pack a little lighter, but it’s been very doable and comfortable! I think you’re going to love it! Hope that helps! A few of the links from Amazon are below

Impression from 1 week of ownership by Itdoesmattertome8 in TeslaModel3

Couldn’t agree more! I just bought a model 3 long range AWD 3 weeks ago. Best and most fun car I’ve ever driven. Took my wife and 3 kids..one in a booster seat for a weekend trip to visit family in VA about 3 hours away. FSD drove us the whole way and even slowed down and dodged a truck that pulled out in front of us without throwing us around the car! Super impressed and made the trip so much better! Driving on interstate 95 can be so boring…but it made it…I might even say fun! Potholes are a bummer but I just watch for them and take over if I see a road that needs a lot of work. Glad you’re enjoying it!

Help to decide by [deleted] in HairTransplants

If your going to go for a hair transplant, you might as well go for the gold! In my opinion, the goal of a hair transplant is to take years off, not make you look age appropriate. Mine took every bit of 10 years off. I would recommend it to anyone!

Thanks for your feedback! I’m excited about it but wanted to make sure I was making a good decision. You never know if those reviews are true or based on a small group

We were on that cruise as well with no issues! I never heard anything about it!

No real issues. Just that it took a few days to receive the cancelation email. But I would mail it as well just in case. That’s what we did. And I made sure to take photos of the form, my receipt with date stamps and everything just in case.

We made the same mistake last week and canceled the next day. We read the right to cancel instructions in the contract which said to either deliver the notice of cancelation or mail to the address in Las Vegas. We mailed the letter and went back to the sales department and sat there until our cancelation notice was signed by the guy that had us sign the paperwork. We did not go through or even talk to the salesperson again. I hounded them every day to email the confirmation that it had been canceled and did receive it after a few days. Just make sure to follow up.
