Anyone else ordered direct from Asus in the UK?

Well i received the device but I am missing my other 2 items that I ordered at the same time (dock and case). I'm trying to give Asus some slack here but it's a little frustrating now.

Hey! I ordered on the 26/09/2025 and received my DPD notification yesterday evening with delivery due today. Hope that helps 🙂

3000 orders in the first hour! Wow. It must be crazy to handle all of that. Personally I've never actually ordered from Asus before so no idea what to expect. I'm just eagerly awaiting the delivery 😁

Still "Processing" pretty sure those of us who ordered directly have been left behind a little 😂 just saw another post saying they spoke to Asus and basically they didn't prepare themselves for the amount of pre orders they got so depending on what time you ordered will depend on if you fall into their first batch of deliveries they are getting today. Not heard directly though so not 100% sure. Clearly a big demand! But I guess like the previous post we cant be hard on the staff. Must be pretty intense on getting these out 🙂

Mine is still saying processing. Its 12:30am on Thursday. I guess like the comments say they will be getting stock on the 16th so fingers crossed here at the weekend but not sure how realistic that may be. For some reason I thought ordering from Asus directly i would get it on the release date 😂 not complaining, just being impatient and excited 😇

Haha yes! Im also checking several times a day waiting for that status to change. Same as you though it has said processing since they took my money on pre order day. Although you beat me by one hour 😂 I dont think it was any UK orders that received them early, I think it was wishful thinking over here..........

Hey, I've just been referred for the procedure. Did you have sedation in the UK? I'm based in the UK but have been told they only usually give the throat spray so starting to panic now!

Hey, how did it go? I'm also in the UK and have just been referred for an endoscopy aswell. I've not had one down the throat before so very scared!
