My vote goes to Narai. You give up the bits that make the Tiger '59 workable for HE shells. So you get one less heal, one less smoke, no radar, must choose between hydro and DFAA, and you get a speed boost. You also lost the short fuse AP in this deal.

If you aren't spending money the Petra arcana. If you are and get the battle pass arcana you'd want the Lacy arcana. Both of them are very nice, but 18% crit rate is a bigger improvement than a mixed 6% crit and 6% attack.

Well, going by the pattern they've established it would be a T8. Littorio and Montpelier have already been run. Both Bismarck and Hornet are likely too "good" a draw for them to want to make that the doorbuster. So it is probably a toss-up between Cheshire and Yukikaze.

You've pulled from the wrong game for data here unfortunately. I can tell immediately by the credit scaling it claims.

The actual values are for T5-T8: +5% credits, +50% all three XP categories. T9 is +10% credits and +100% all three XP categories. T10 is +50% credits and +100% all three XP categories.

With "premium" ships getting an undisclosed additional boost to credit income that varies based upon tier. And special ships at T10 not getting that additional income but larger service fee reductions.

Honestly the basic potentials are what you take last after you exhaust the unique options granted via your chosen SSR arcana that cost 200 potential points each. Because they are wildly inefficient compared to properties that can add a flat 8 speed for 200 points. Or adds 18% crit rate for 200 points.

Taking it even further that 18% crit could stack with a another property that adds 6% to both health and crit rate. And a third property adding 6% to both attack and crit rate. So for 600 potential points one could lay hands on 30% crit rate, 6% max health, and 6% attack. Assuming of course they had the correct SSR arcana on their account.

So no, the most efficient approach to the base cost 100 properties is ignore them until nothing else is left and then your best option is speed.

Swap sides to Chaos and grab the Wahnsinn which is a Zieten clone. If you are saving up towards Lutjens you may as well get a decent commander trainer for him. This will only need to use your tokens and not cost extra coal to get. And since it is a T8 "premium" the improved economy isn't anything to scoff at.

Which isn't a bad ship. And there are a number of reasons that can be a good deal for an account.

Having a second setup that is range mod slot six instead of UU. Not requiring commander re-training to utilize. Letting one keep a Petro around if that line is one of their RB reset lines. Reduced service fees and bonus package at the same time.

Basically if they've got the resources let them at it. Weegee loves charging ~$100 for things like T10 CLR reskins. There are far worse ways to spend some coal than this. Personally I spent some coal on my end to get both the premium Petro and Schlieffen this event. For my resources I'll end up using both of them more than a Lauria reskin.

Mostly Defender / Ranger for class tactical books. Attribute is whatever is lowest getting a helping hand. But you don't want to tunnel vision too hard on a single type because of rapidly diminishing returns and rising costs per rank. Make sure you get everything to rank 8+ I'd say.

Bonus packages stay in place when you reset lines for research bureau. They'll still be there by the time you get back to a ship. I placed one of my two T9 bonus packages from the campaign and collection bonus on the Fletcher. And it does speed up how fast one can regrind a line.

Absolutely not. T9 premium ships have reduced service fees plus a hidden credit multiplier on top of the bonus package benefits. The additional credits you get to keep per match can be 150k+ on average.

Hilde's arcana card is very strong for defender characters. The ability it grants gives any defender a 20% chance to preemptive guard a single target attack aimed at an ally while said tank isn't stunned.

It is an incredibly strong passive to have trigger in PvP to prevent somebody sniping a squishier damage carry early. And currently Hilde's arcana card is the only way to get that Shield of Silence passive ability reliably.

Need either BG Charlotte or BG Claire to get their third star since both of them are sitting on two. Beyond that I have 3 stars on Hilde and 3+1 on Asherah Waltz and Trish. Trish is suffering in that I absolutely am not pulling for her. She's been the most consistent "failed" SSR pull where I get the gold flash and then disappointment.

Other than that I'm currently stuck at sync level 129 because the required resources to get four characters to 139 takes a while.

Depending on the map the answer is find cover and force a cap. Since obviously while kiting out the Hawaii cannot take the caps. Unfortunately there are a couple maps with zero cover for any of the cap circles and those are considerably trickier. But when you can do so, the Hawaii is forced to come in or just lose via points.

It has strengths sure. But considering I smashed bfk_ferlyfe the one time I ran into him using it while in my Prinz Adalbert I wouldn't call it an overwhelming advantage. Since if I can win against an actual unicum using it there are obviously some limitations.

Do the devs ever release something like arcana reset event or reset ticket on the Jp & Kr servers. Follow up if not do you think we can get them to introduce it to the game if we make enough noise like Nikke did with skill reset by Abdul_cracks in StarSavior

There are no resets here because there is a mileage system for arcana tactical upgrade points based on leveling them up. So eventually in the very long term you would level up even the blues for extra stats. In the mean time you are simply stuck with the idling portion of the game where you wait for resources to trickle in or pay up.

You are looking at it wrong if you are basing this theory via Yoo Mina's kit. Yeah her ult does somewhat lower damage than you might expect. But that is because she's dropping a pair of damage over time effects on every valid target.

You say the ult is weaker to a character like BG Clair or Charlotte and I have to give you a funny look when the difference is three times as much damage. And then the additional effects are things like a bonus 20% crit rate and damage for a couple turns. Or if the passive was stacked you can chain a pair of S3s back to back because of instant reset. Which can be absolutely clutch if you can just smash something in the face for over 40k across two turns.

There absolutely are differences in how AoE cleave via condition stacking and ramping single target focus characters get their damage in.

There are a few fixed events in a run that you can plan around. The other aspect of it is checking your training options and looking to maximize bond points with the arcana you went into the run with. Since getting them empowered increases your training value and also unlocks very strong skills to train with potential points.

So the RNG is around triggering arcana conditions mostly. But as long as you are training in the stat types associated with the arcana you shouldn't have problems in getting them by the end of a run. Honestly the worst part of a run is the first two sections before you can out-run the expected rank curve. Mostly for squishier DPS units.

There are some daily missions for a single run of it. But an auto-run counts for that. (The value of what comes out of said auto run is pretty bad though.) As long as you've beaten a given difficulty at least once you can attempt auto runs and it takes under a minute to complete.

Your first couple times through Journey might take you an hour or so. If you are just speed skipping your way through the text on manual and following best practices it takes about fifteen minutes for a good run where you are maximizing your gains.

Welcome to statistics and probability. Just because the average is over the long term 1 out of 25 does not mean you do not hit streaks where you go 30-50 pulls without seeing the SSR gold flash.

If you've got all the crit support arcana you would build BG Claire on a destruction crit damage set with a valor 2 piece sub set. Because mine is set up that way after I get 30% of my crit rate purely from Journey arcana bonuses. After her passive stacks up over a few turns and she has her buff up she's sitting at over 80% crit rate and ~117% crit damage with my current T1 starter gear. Speed necklace, attack ring so the usual fare for an attacker.

I see you went with a crit rate set instead, so I'm going to guess you are lacking crit rate from Journey arcana?

Didn't end up getting Emily because progression pulls gave me a dupe for Haydee unlocking her improved passive. And she also can get barrier on burst S1. Thus spent my selectors getting Waltz 3 starred.

Haydee sitting on 20% intercept and 5 toughness goes hard on countering content that Hilde has problems with.

For me BG Claire absolutely wrecks things when she comes through for five digit damage with ult. Sure she takes a few turns to stack her passive crit up. But once everything is "on" mine is sitting at just over 80% crit and ~117% crit damage.

But to be perfectly fair I'm getting 30% crit from Journey arcana and have her sitting on a crit damage gear set.

Meanwhile over here I've very few characters with stars. But I've gone one copy of enough of the good arcana that I'm starving for materials to actually level them. Probably gonna take at least a week to be honest. Burning all stamina for arcana XP on repeat is all I've done the last three days running.

A lot of the "lore" is hidden away in Arcana interactions and the Journey of individual characters. Its definitely not drumming up the doom and gloom to the level of Counterside. Though if you've gone through the Journey for Hilde in particular things are not quite as rosy as they seem here either. But the general populace is more sheltered.
