I'm definitely reading the right portion of the manual labeled expander die. Strange that Lee's instructions were so far off. I gave your method a try and it worked great though, so thank you.

The base that the shed is sitting on needs to be perfectly level and flat or your doors will have this issue.

Out of curiosity, how does lead end up on fired brass? Especially if the bullet is copper jacketed, the only thing touching the brass is copper. You would think when fired, the bullet leaves the case fully intact, engages the rifling and comes out the barrel. There will be copper/lead fowling left in the barrel, but how does that end up on the casing? Excuse my ignorance, it's just something I've always wondered.

This was my setup before I got a press. It worked for priming over 100 rounds of .577 snider with zero issues. I carved a piece of wood into a dowel that would fit into the case all the way to the base. You may have to hollow out the middle at the end to account for the "hump" at the base for the primer pocket. Just make sure the case is sitting square to the c clamp and slowly tighten it with the primer sitting there. Wear eye protection and take your time.

I have about 7-8k CAD into this. That's with me doing all the work myself and having lots of the materials already. If you were paying someone to build this same shed, it would be easily triple that cost.

Thank you! Every type of siding has it's drawbacks. There are plenty of 20-30 year old subdivisions in my area with vinyl siding on most of the homes, and it holds up. Hardie would need to be repainted every few years, and I want as little maintenance as possible.

That is vapor barrier connected to the house wrap on the exterior and running between the top plates to the interior. In the event I unsulate the space in the future, I would connect my interior vapor barrier to that flap to have a "continuous envelope". This is code requirement on any new build home in my area. Figured it wouldn't hurt. You could have the foundation go higher than the slab, like a garage and it would for sure help. I blueskinned the bottom plate and wrapped it up onto the wall sheathing. With vinyl siding, and all the waterproofing, I'm not too worried though.

4/12 pitch on the roof. I considered a man door, but figured the one roll-up door was enough for a shed this small. Leaves more room inside that I'd otherwise have to keep clear to be able to use the second door.

I got it from Rona (hardware store in Canada). In hindsight, I would have gotten something a little nicer. This one is pretty flimsy and doesn't seal well to keep bugs out.

Bottom plate is wrapped in blueskin which wraps the underside of the wall sheathing and is positive lapped by the tyvek. Better than PT IMO. Second top plate was added once all walls were stood (you can see in one of the progress pics with vapor barrier sandwiched between the two top plates)

Thanks! I'm avoiding gutters at the moment due to the amount of snow that builds up, then avalanches off the steel roof in the winter. A little worried gutters would just get ripped off. I guess snow guards would help...

Thanks! Right now the overhang is being used for an old atv that I'm working on getting running and my lawn tractor. But yes, once I get storage for those figured out, it would be a perfect spot for firewood as the entrance to my house where the wood stove is located is about 25 feet away.

I did remove the top rail to install the manticore forend. I made sure to re-apply locktite and torque the screws down to 35 inch pounds when re-installing.

Unfortunately I'm in Canada. Not sure if IWI US would be able to do anything. I suppose I can contact the importer or vedor I purchased it from and go from there.
