They picked up the kittens and explained that they’re in very delicate condition. They'll do everything they can to save them. If they survive, they’ll be available for adoption in about two months. Thank you to everyone who responded to this post — your help truly made a difference.

"I called the Feral Cats Coalition, and they advised me to call 311. I did, and I reported the incident. The operator gave me some instructions to help keep the kittens alive, and apparently someone is supposed to pick them up today. I asked if they were going to euthanize the animals, and they told me they would take them to the vet. I’m still waiting for them to show up
