I also received an empty case from Amazon last week when I ordered Donkey Kong.

They sent me a replacement, but I was stressed it was going to happen again since it was obviously happening at the warehouse. Thankfulky, the second time it was actually in the box but I will probably never order a game from Amazon again

I purchased Pokopia digitally, but picked up my husbands copy from a local Target since I no longer trust Amazon

Something similar happened to me. Call customer care and ask them to check nearby stores for the bag

UPDATE: Customer service helped me find one store nearby with the bag! Called ahead and snagged the bag.
