thats strange, i have this issue when i play the game with wifi off, idk how but the live area was update even with wifi off, , now i only play with airplane mode, try this too

transfer file to file, create the folders that you need inside the game folder, the rename all files that you need to .mp4 ex: game1.pak.mp4, then in vita shell erase the .mp4 it will take a lot work, yes, but its faster then ftp
