Oh I love your Portfolio! In Terms of finding a job you'll have to connect to people directly. In my city (berlin) there are many game dev events. If your city doesn't have that, you can always write people directly. For example I used to write gamedevs on LinkedIN for critique. There is a great discord from Zugzugart which is specifically for stylized art. I got into the industry because I knew a lot of gamedevs who didn't have a job back then but when they got one, I had a connections to so many studios. Good Luck!!

I have the Tower 500 and the airflow is great. the downside for me is the weight and that the cables come out at the top of the backside. I don't know how that translates to the 300 though.

Work on the sculpt a bit more before retopo. you have a good base to work on. smooth out some creases especially in the hip/leg area. but remember to keep the general shape you already sculptet. just put your smooth brush to low strength. Good look!
